Dose :

First Stage : First 7 days 2-2 capsules in the morning & evening after meal with water & then for next 14 days 1-1 capsule in the morning and evening after meal with water.

Second Stage : First 14 days 2-2 capsules in the morning & evening after meal with water & then for next 7 days 1-1 capsule in the morning and evening after meal with water.
